The Barcelona is a historic 1923 gothic Spanish revival building that features, original hard wood floors, iron fixtures, French windows and balconies, a regal lobby area with a wooden counter, and a parlor room with French doors that divide the parlor room with the lobby area. All four floors have original hard wood floors with long custom emerald green runway carpets throughout. The main entrance features a original 1920s Otis elevator, two wooden French doors with many crown molding details above. The Barcelona also offers a luscious green flat landscape with a 75 foot catwalk runway entrance with beautiful birds of paradise as a backdrop.
