Description:Located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley for over 30 years. The deli/market is part of a strip mall, where it has kept its image & charm since the day it opened in the 1980s. The front of the store faces the street with sidewalk in front of it. Parking is located in the rear of the store, with (3) parking stalls & (1) ADA stall. Behind the lot is an open alleyway & the 101 freeway. Walking in from the storefront, to the right are (4) aisles filled with numerous international products, while the left is a deli serving to-go cold cut sandwiches & cold Middle Eastern appetizers. The space has not changed much since its opening, its walls decorated with sports trophies & art projects of the founder's children, a few photos & memorabilia that customers have given throughout the years & photos of the various actors/singers who frequented the store. The acoustical ceilings, flooring, aisles, walk-in refrigerator, deli counters, & storage depot have not changed since its opening which provides the space a nostalgic characteristic.
