Description:This 1931 Art Deco building was formerly the headquarters of the Progress Bulletin, now known as the Daily Bulletin. The unit 158 now serves as an urban gallery and art supply store that hosts community events based in street art. With large north and east facing windows, 14ft high, deco ceilings and a mix of raw cement and drywall walls, this space can give that urban feeling for any project. As a live/work space the unit is equipped with a full kitchen on the main floor and full restroom on the second floor. Upstairs is the loft area with 2 old style pully windows, a handmade DJ system and a back door to the stairwell of the main building.
