Description:This is an old 4 BR, 2 BA craftsman built in 1913 in very good condition. It's under the Mills Act which means the exterior resembles it's original look and design. There is also a small basement which is quite unusual and I've converted a backyard shed into a "man cave" that has a projector and leather furniture. The front of the house and front patio are really the best parts, it fits perfectly into a beautiful old neighborhood. I'm doing this because I've seen several movies and commercials with homes that look exactly like mine.

Usage Restriction:Not really, anywhere can be utilized. I don't recommend parking on Hill Ave. since it's a very busy street, but down Whitefield there is almost unlimited parking.
