Description:On Topanga Beach, we have a family compound with 2 New England Cape Cod shingled homes + a guest house. The home with interior available for production has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fireplace. Both homes have verandas, one with a long porch adjacent to the beach with an outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi. A veranda joining the two homes features a dining table overlooking a grass patch and the ocean. Ocean views are available from most points throughout both homes and in all outdoor balconies and verandas. Previous production included PUNK'D featuring Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift, as well as the Entourage pilot and countless commercials and series.
