Site Condition:The Los Angeles Theatre Center is a historic eight-story facility in the Historic District of Downtown Los Angeles, housing five theaters venues, a cinema, two dance studios, a large rehearsal space, dressing room facilities, and a beautiful historic atrium grand lobby.
