US Navy de-commissioned military base and historical monument. Base features hangars, guard gate, paved roads, dockage. Building materials include cement and wood. Architecture interior features ceiling height of 20' and up and plaster walls. Building types include churches and temples, barracks, prison, gymnasium, PX, houses, bowling alleys, classrooms, storage buildings, stores or retail shops, libraries, mansions and estates, workout facility, theaters and stages, and civic centers. The bowling alleys have exterior awnings and made of stucco. The theater has exterior parking lot. There is a coastal marina. The hangars have ceiling height of 40' and up, have more than 2500 square feet, hold small aircraft, and feature offices. The houses have peaked roofs, 2 bed rooms, double garage, back yard, and property area of 1 acre or less. It also includes a tract street and cobra arm lamp posts. The industrial port has dockage for tugboats. The multi-unit apartments have more than 100 units, street-level point of entry, ceiling height of 10' or less, carport, concrete and wood building materials.
