Description:Lake has bathrooms, boat dock, picnic tables & grills also sandy beach and woodlands. Boating: Power Boating and Drag Races. Sailing allowed on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 1:30pm and the 2nd weekend of the month. No swimming allowed. Lake Ming boasts a surface area of 104 acres. Hills surround the lake, and the Greenhorn Mountains stretch along the eastern horizon. Hilltop picnic ground overlooking the area. Lake Ming is part of the Kern River County Park which also includes: Hart Memorial Park Kern River Campground Group Picnic Reservation Areas
