Site Condition:
Per City of San Bernardino 7/31/23 Currently there is demolition going on at the Carousel Mall site and no access the Harris Building. Demolition has just started and date of completion is not yet determined. Located on E Street in downtown San Bernardino, the original Harris Company building remains vacant as of November 2018.
