Usage Restriction:Edmonston Pump Plant Road is located on Tejon Ranch in Kern County. Tejon Ranch is a privately held ranch where the Department of Water Resources (DWR) has roads and maintains them leading to a pumping plant facility. The pumping plant facility is a high security area under Homeland Security, therefore the pump plant can not be filmed nor can its location be listed or shown in pictures/films. Filming can take place on the road and traffic can only be held for periods of 10 minutes and filming must allow all emergency vehicles to film no matter what. Also needs the Ranch's permission and a Kern County Film permit.
