Description:Corriganville Park is a historical film location that has many distinct areas that make up this unique part of Simi Valley. From Oak groves to meadows, rock formations, hiking trails, picnic pavilion, gravel roads and open spaces. Plentiful parking in two lots to accommodate trucks, large vehicles, cranes and personnel cars. Due its designation as a film park, the only permit required is through Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District. Corriganville Park is not only beautiful but historic. Formerly owned by Ray “Crash” Corrigan, this park was once the Corriganville Movie Ranch and was the filming site for over 3,500 movies, TV programs and commercials. Today, this park is home to 5 different trails that wind around the 246-acre property owned by the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District.
