Civil and criminal courthouse with stairway entry, bell tower, colonnade, and casement windows. 1898, 3-story, red brick, Federalist-style building. Has 4-sided clock tower with small red dome. Tiled entry with double doors. 1 courtroom, 2 jury rooms. Building made of cement and brick. Grounds include evergreen and deciduous trees.
