Description:One hundred and twenty-six years ago, USC founders envisioned an on campus arena to further unify the Trojan community. On October 21, 2006, that dream became a reality with the opening of the Galen Center – new home to USC’s basketball and volleyball programs. The center puts the Trojan teams on an appropriately impressive stage, allowing the Trojans to strut their stuff in a 255,000 square-foot arena with 10,258 seats. An attached 45,000 square-foot pavilion contains additional practice room with three sections with enough space for 4 full basketball courts or 9 volleyball courts as well as seating for 1,000 – along with space for coaches and administrative offices.

With a seating capacity of 10,258 and a majestic view of downtown Los Angeles through its six two-story windows, Galen Center offers a unique experience. Our state-of-the-art facility incorporates a 4-sided, 220-square foot HD Video Screen; 11 private luxury suites, with optional full catering available; 4 feature-laden player lounges; ample concessions; spacious restrooms; a Merchandise Store; a weight room; a medical training room and other top-of-the-line amenities.
