Description:Historic City Hall is a 4-story neo-Classic and Mediterranean building that was constructed between 1913 and 1918. The dome seen from the outside is the upper rotunda. The building is made of brick and cement. Grounds are fully landscaped with marble fountains on all four corners. The building faces the Sunken Gardens Park area.
