It includes the following standing sets: bridge, wildlife, barn, lakes, ponds, waterfall, farmhouse, park, hotel. There are surrounding woodlands with old growth, oak, evergreen, and deciduous trees. There are abandoned wood buildings and ruins, a covered wood bridge for vehicle traffic, open terrain with hills, meadows, and grasslands. There are lakeside chalet cabins with ceiling height of 8'-10', wood floors, unfinished walls, porch and surrounding vegetation.
