The property is located at 7900 Balboa Boulevard in Van Nuys. A restaurant called Mavericks at the KVNY Airport, the only restaurant that is on site, with a patio facing (Prop Park) that is being built currently with an estimated timeframe of opening around August/September of 2024. We have a lot of parking space and are looking forward to have a scout come out and access the property for potential film production.
