This historic British Colonial 2800 SF home on 10,000 SF lot with guest house (former maids quarters) was built in 1913. It was featured in Cameron Crowe's iconic 1989 film, Say Anything. It has only had 3 owners and very limited renovation. It still has the original intercoms (see photo), wainscoting and piano key molding, built-in buffet and classic tiled bathrooms -- including the pink bathroom featured in the film. The neighborhood features large lots, sidewalks, large lawns, and historic street lamps.
