Tucked into a beautiful, secluded corner off 3rd Street near The Grove, The Haus Plant is a hidden gem in the heart of Los Angeles. The space features a lush indoor showroom and a serene outdoor garden and nursery, home to hundreds of rare specimen plants and curated vessels. Thoughtfully designed for both function and ambiance, it includes a small kitchen, an on-site bathroom, and seamless access for loading trucks via the front gate or rear alley entrance. Interior grow lights and exterior mood lighting illuminate the space day and night, complemented by a projector and theater setup, plus audio equipment for live events. The Haus Plant is a living gallery that's also quiet and immersive.

Usage Restriction
No restrictions stand out at the moment. There is a fenced off area in the back where we keep Willy, our tortoise, but we could also relocate him during shooting if that space was needed.
